From the NICU to My Kitchen

I started my nursing career in the neonatal intensive care unit. I learned to calculate feeding volumes down to the milliliter. And then I had my first baby. At 2:17 AM, standing in my kitchen with a screaming newborn, I completely blanked on how many scoops to use.

Why I Built This Calculator

It wasn't just the math. It was the guilt. Every parenting forum had a different answer. So after my third baby was born, I decided to build something simple that gives parents a clear, evidence-based answer without judgment.

What Makes This Different

This calculator uses the same formulas I used in my nursing practice. It accounts for your baby's age, weight, and feeding type. And it gives you a range, not just one number, because babies aren't robots.

Oh, and one more thing—my dog is currently snoring under my desk while I write this. She's been with me through all three babies. She's the real MVP.
